14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If, for any reason, you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date you receive your item. You can return it, no questions asked! Please note that this doesn’t include custom items. Once we personalise an item with your name or brand, it’s uniquely yours.

Refunds Process
Once we receive your return and inspect it, we’ll send an email confirmation and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds

- Contact your bank or credit card company, as it can take time before your refund officially posts.

Customised Items
Custom gear is non-refundable. Once an item is personalised with your name, brand, or logo, it’s created specifically for you. Therefore, no refunds or exchanges are available for custom orders.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace items that arrive defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at info@combatra.com.au and send your item to Unit 3, 15 Alexander Ave, THOMASTOWN, VIC, Post Code 3074.
