📦 Returns

 

You may return any item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, as long as the item is:

  • Unused and in its original packaging

  • In the same condition, you received it

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

🥋 Customised Items

Each personalised Combatra piece is crafted exclusively for you — your name, your brand, your identity. Because of this, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges on customised items. Once it’s tailored with your personal touch, it’s yours alone — built to represent you on and off the mat.


⚠️ Size Note:

Please ensure you select your size using our official Combatra Size Chart only. Sizes may differ from other brands, so comparing with outside charts can lead to incorrect fits. We can’t accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues if the chosen size doesn’t match our chart.

 

💸  Return Shipping Cost

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Note: If the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item received, we will cover the return shipping cost.

 

🔁  Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

 

❌ Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Customised Items
