Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
📦 Change-of-Mind Returns
Changed your mind? No problem. You may return any standard (non-customised) item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, as long as the item is:
Unused and in its original packaging
In the same condition you received it
Accompanied by proof of purchase

🥋 Customised Items
Each personalised Combatra piece is crafted exclusively for you — your name, your brand, your identity. Because of this, we’re unable to offer change-of-mind refunds or exchanges on customised items. Once it’s tailored with your personal touch, it’s yours alone — built to represent you on and off the mat.
If your customised item arrives faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered (including not matching the measurements on our size chart), your full rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply — see below.
⚠️ Size Note:
Please select your size using our official Combatra Size Chart only. Sizes may differ from other brands, so comparing with outside charts can lead to incorrect fits. If you simply chose a size that doesn’t suit you (change of mind), we can’t accept returns or exchanges on customised items. However, if the item you receive does not match the measurements listed on our size chart for the size you ordered, that’s our responsibility — contact us and we’ll make it right with a repair, replacement, or refund.
⚖️ Your Rights Under the Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits or replaces your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if an item:
Is faulty or not of acceptable quality
Is significantly different from its description, sample, or photos
Doesn’t match the measurements on our size chart for the size you ordered
Doesn’t do what it’s supposed to do
These rights apply to all items — including customised, clearance, and sale items. The exclusions in this policy apply to change-of-mind returns only.
💸 Return Shipping Cost
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Note: If the return is due to a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
🔁 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
❌ Items Excluded from Change-of-Mind Returns
The following items cannot be returned for change of mind (your Australian Consumer Law rights for faulty or misdescribed items still apply):
Gift cards
Downloadable digital products
Clearance or final sale items
