Combatra Make Automation — Privacy
Effective 5 September 2026. This notice applies to Combatra Make Automation, the private Google Drive integration operated for Combatra. It supplements, and does not replace, Combatra's shopping privacy policy.
Information accessed and its purpose
The app processes the authorised Google account's identity, including account name and email, and file or folder information needed for operator-approved workflows. This can include IDs, names, types, parent folders, ownership, permissions and sharing status. The granted Drive scope is broader than the initial empty-folder test and can permit access to file contents and creation, modification or deletion of files. A workflow must be reviewed and authorised before using those capabilities.
Information is used to carry out the operator's requested business tasks, verify access, diagnose failures and maintain an evidence record of approved operations. Broad permission is not a request to download or process the whole Drive account.
Service providers and troubleshooting
Make processes requests to Google Drive and the resulting responses. Google remains the source of Drive data. Limited account and empty-test-folder metadata has also been reviewed in OpenAI Codex during authorised setup and troubleshooting, with limited findings recorded in local operational files. No unattended transfer of Drive file contents to an AI service is enabled as part of this setup.
New data categories, purposes, recipients or automated AI processing require review, an updated disclosure and any required account-holder consent before use. Provider account settings and contractual terms govern their own processing and retention; this notice does not promise zero retention, a particular backup-purge period, or that every provider processes data in one country.
Google API Limited Use
Combatra Make Automation's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google user data must not be sold, used for advertising, or used to develop, improve or train generalised AI or machine-learning models. Any future AI integration requires review of the provider's terms and data-use controls before Google data is transferred.
Access and protection
OAuth credentials are entered through the provider's authorisation or credential interface, not included in public pages or operational evidence files. Access is restricted to the authorised operator and service providers required for the approved purpose. The current Drive readback scenario has Make's Keep data confidential setting enabled for future executions. That setting does not erase older records or guarantee that no operational metadata is stored.
Retention
Source files remain in the operator's Google Drive until the operator manages or deletes them. Integration and troubleshooting records are kept only while needed to operate the connection, investigate an issue, preserve an appropriate security or approval record, or meet applicable obligations. Records should be reviewed when an issue is closed or a workflow is retired, and removed or de-identified when no longer needed. Provider-managed logs and backups follow the applicable service terms and account controls. No specific provider-wide deletion deadline is asserted here.
Revocation and deletion requests
The account holder can remove the app's access through their Google Account connections and pause the relevant Make scenarios. For access, correction or deletion of app-held records, email combatrasports@gmail.com with the subject “Combatra Make Automation data request”. Do not include passwords or tokens. The operator will verify the request, identify relevant Make and local records, and remove or de-identify records within their control when no longer required. Provider-held copies may require a separate provider request and may remain subject to backup, security or legal retention requirements. Revocation alone is not deletion.
Changes and contact
Material changes to data handling will be reflected here before the expanded use begins, with further consent where required. Questions: combatrasports@gmail.com.
